As architects, we love them because they let us get creative with compact, efficient design while helping build smarter, denser neighborhoods. Whether it's a cozy retreat or a modern rental, ADUs add serious style and flexibility to any property.

We’re serious about all things housing and the importance of housing density. We donate 5% of all of our profits to our local homeless shelter.

Our Services

We offer a range of services, from basic plans to full-scope custom design, tailored to fit your project needs. In our experience, these types of projects typically require anywhere from 2 to 10 variances to comply with local zoning codes. We can guide you through the approval process and help secure the necessary approvals. Choose the level of service that works best for you, or feel free to schedule a call with us to determine what’s right for your site.

  • A basic package including floor plans, elevations, and simple 3D views. Ideal for feasibility studies or early-stage design exploration.

  • Includes everything in Basic Service, plus the necessary documentation required for building permit submission, such as dimensioned plans, elevations, sections, and code compliance notes. All Zoning Approvals would be completed by the homeowner.

  • A comprehensive offering that includes plans, permit drawings, and full support through the zoning variance and approval process. We represent you with the local jurisdiction and help secure all necessary approvals.

Optional Services

  • Custom landscaping plans that complement your architectural design and meet code or site planning requirements. Includes layout, planting, and hardscape recommendations.

  • Interior finish, material, and fixture selections tailored to your vision. This includes mood boards, lighting concepts, and furniture recommendations.

  • Eco-Nut Model, we’ll work with you to design a super insulated exterior with natural materials, high efficiency windows, doors, and appliances.

  • We’ll help answer contractor questions, make site visits as needed, and recommend trusted builders to support a smooth construction process.
